In order to get the conference room space, we had to book via meetings and incentives and they will only allow us space based on the size of this group only, so all passengers within our group must all be booked via our group block. 

We recognize that this is not FAM pricing - however this is also not a FAM, it's a conference retreat. We are not having suppliers and as such do not have supplier funding to offset expenses. That being said - this is going to be a unforgettable week of business growth and insights.

The conference has been priced in Canadian dollars. That is because my company is based I Canada and our contract with the cruise line is in Canadian dollars as well. Your credit card will automatically convert to the rate of the day on processing day. 

As of November 3, 2024 the estimated rate of exchange is $1 Canadian is equivalent to $0.725 USD, meaning that the $3997 Canadian investment is only approximately $2897 USD (please note that the exchange rate can and will fluctuate daily)

We're setting sail on November 1, 2025 from Miami and returning back to Miami on November 8, 2025

The reason for this is that while there is a format and a structure behind the scenes, ultimately the content delivered will be driven by the needs of the attendees. 

That being said there are three days of education, and each will have it's own focus, one each of Sales, Marketing and Business Operations. 

The specifics are being guided by the needs of the group attending. 

The deposit that is due to confirm your spot is $1000cad/person and that deposit is 100% non-refundable. 

The balance is due as per your selected option (either by paying in full, with a 3 or 6 pay option). Prior to June 1, 2025 the deposit is non-refundable, following June 1, 2025 the balance is entirely non-refundable.
